ASKY Airlines is recruiting a Country Manager in Equatorial Guinea

JOB TITLE:   Country Manager Equatorial Guinea

BASIC FUNCTIONS

• Supervises and manages the overall commercial and operational activities of the Company in the country;
• Supervises and controls activities of the sale offices, the distribution network and the station;
• Represents ASKY in the country;
• Performs all the administrative formalities related to ASKY operation in Malabo.
• Supervise field sales agents and counter sales persons as assigned to his/her station;
• Supervises and controls the activities of the accountant/cashiers, station supervisors, their staff and various external service providers;
• Prepares the commercial action plan of the area and develop a dashboard indicating the overall key performance indicators of the station;
• Prepares regular and periodical reports of activities in his / her station.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT/ INTERPERSONNAL SKILLS

• At least 5 years ‘experience in aviation industry with management experience and skills;
• Be at least 30 to 40 years old;
• Good listening and persuasive skills;
• Be rigorous and organized;
• Language proficiency: French, English and Spanish
• Have a driving license
