I- JOB
Passenger handling / Ramp Agent

II-   THE ROLE
Passenger handling Agent–        Reports to HUB Supervisors
–        Prepares preflight load sheet
–        Assists passengers in a friendly, courteous and prompt manner
–        Assists passengers in case of flight irregularities
–        Ensures all documents related to the flight are on board for flight time
–        Performs other duties as assigned or may be necessary including administrative functions

Ramp Agent–        Prepares the Ramp sheet
–        Notifies the time of each activities on the ramp sheet
–        Stays in constant contact with the crew for all support;
–        Works closely with Dispatch or OCC office
–        Informs HUB Supervisor for any irregularity on the ramp and presents a detailed report at the end of the flight;
–        Performs additional tasks assigned at the discretion of the management.

III-  QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE–        2-3 years experiences of Passenger, Baggage, ramp handling skills
–        Proactive and confident
–        Good commercial appearance
–        Speak and read fluently French and English
–        Use of Computer, Offices applications and if possible GDS and DCS applications
–        High school diploma / BAC+2
