Position:

Junior Flight Operations Engineering and Documentation Officer

I. JOB TITLE

• Junior Flight Operations Engineering and Documentation Officer

II. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Junior Flight Operations Engineering and Documentation Officer is responsible for ensuring the timely availability and accuracy of flight operations documentation for Flight Operations offices, flight crews, and aircraft.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring on-time availability of all required documentation, including:

  • Operations Manuals

  • Aircraft Manufacturer Manuals

  • Flight Operations Instructions, Alerts and Bulletins

  • Updated training kits/folders for flight crews

  • Operational data and performance-related documents

  • Access to required digital documents and operational websites

• Updating and editing Operations Manuals and operational procedures

• Managing Flight Operations Instructions and Bulletins

• Assisting in route and aerodrome evaluations

• Collaborating with Maintenance Engineering when required

• Monitoring and managing NavData, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), manufacturer bulletins, alerts and other critical publications

• Ensuring timely distribution of relevant information to concerned departments

III. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Age range: 25 to 40 years old

• Good command of French and English (spoken and written)

• Minimum BAC+5 degree in Engineering:

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Electromechanical Engineering

  • Information Technology or related fields

• At least one (1) year of experience in the aviation industry is an asset
